First Official General Meetings On Thursday, February 21st
Day Meeting: 11:15 AM at Science 140
Evening Meeting: 5:45 PM at LS 105
You will need to dowload an AGS application, fill it out completely and legibly. A current e-mail address is very important. If this is your first semester in AGS and you are satisfying the intial membership requirements with your high school or non-SMC college grades, you must submit a copy of your unofficial transcript with your AGS application. You will also need to submit the $10 dues.
The following AGS Board positions are vacant:
1. Newsletter Chief Editor
2. Web Site Coordinator
All Executive Board Members must meet the following criteria:
1. Must be a current member in good standing with a G.P.A. of 3.00.
2. Must be enrolled in at least 6 units at SMC.If you are interested in running for one of these positions, please send an e-mail to President Bruno Treves, Internal V.P. The next AGS Board meeting of the spring term will be on Tuesday, February 19th, 11:15 AM-12:35 PM at Math Complex 66. Please be prepared to give a short speech to introduce yourself, explain why you have an interest in the board position, what you will do for AGS as an officer, and any other pertinent information you would like to share with the AGS Board.
Please be prepared with your student ID number, A.S. (Associated Students Sticker Number, e-mail and phone contact.
